Peppermint & Peanut Butter Treats

(makes approximately 2 dozen treats)


1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
4 Fresh Eggs
2 Tablespoons Blackstrap Molasses

5 drops Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil

1/2 cup chopped/shredded carrots
Mix together (if too sticky you may need to add 1/4 cup more flour), Roll and cut shapes. Bake @350 10-12 minutes (use parchment paper for cookie sheets). Enjoy!
